I’m Sam Levin, a certified leadership coach, speaker, and entrepreneur.
Leading a team is hard. No one tells you how lonely leadership can feel. You have to make tough decisions, balance everyone’s expectations, and somehow keep your team motivated all while second-guessing yourself. I know that feeling well. When I became a manager, I thought I had to be perfect, have all the answers, and prove myself fast. Instead, I ended up feeling stressed, stuck, and unsure how to truly inspire my team. That’s when I learned something that helped me a lot:

My path to leadership wasn’t traditional. I started in TV and content production, then made a hard career shift into software engineering. Along the way, I worked relentlessly to improve my communication skills learning how to connect, listen, and lead.
For 15+ years, I’ve studied leadership, communication, and team dynamics. I’ve worked across industries, led projects, coached new managers, and spoken at tech meetups, startup events, and leadership talks helping teams create a culture where people don’t just work together, they thrive together.
