Today, I’m a leadership coach, actively pursuing my ICF certification. But I didn’t set out to become a coach. Growing up as an introvert, even small conversations felt overwhelming, and the idea of leading or advising others seemed far beyond my reach. Yet, that same introversion became one of my greatest strengths—it taught me to listen deeply and analyze situations carefully before taking action.
At 29, I made the bold decision to leave behind a career in TV and content production to become a software engineer. It was a leap into the unknown, and to some, it looked like failure. It hurt to hear that I was “bad at communication” or considered a failure, but stepping out of my comfort zone during that career change turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made.
What I didn’t realize at the time was that my previous experience in leading creative projects and collaborating with people from all walks of life had already prepared me for something bigger. It pushed me to grow in ways I never thought possible—building resilience, improving my communication, and learning how to lead diverse teams. Before long, I found myself mentoring junior colleagues and, eventually, leading teams.
Fueled by curiosity and a drive to learn, I completed over 90 courses and specializations on tech, leadership, communication, and team dynamics. I’ve spent countless hours studying what it takes to build thriving teams.
Beyond my daily work, volunteering at tech meetups, speaking at entrepreneurship events, and discussing AI's future gave me valuable opportunities to connect with diverse perspectives and sharpen my communication skills. Living and working in five countries deepened my understanding of how cultural differences shape leadership styles.
Along the way, I discovered something unexpected: I absolutely love sharing knowledge. This passion led me to create YouTube videos, where I share lessons from over 15 years of experience across industries. Speaking in front of large groups can still feel intimidating, but I’ve come to enjoy the human connection and the opportunity to exchange ideas that inspire change.
My unique journey—from creative industries to tech leadership—gives me a fresh perspective on the challenges leaders face today. It’s this blend of experiences that enables me to help others navigate their own leadership paths.
My mission now is to help new and experienced leaders rethink leadership. I believe every team member in a company can—and should—feel like a winner. In this age of AI and automation, we must place human well-being at the center of our workplaces. When people thrive, businesses thrive.
